Office Rules- No eating or drinking next to the computers.
- Sign in and out for each book you borrow.
- You must be a member in order to use our facilities.
- Priority is given to those members using the computers for academic purposes.
- There will be no music allowed until 8 pm.
- The office should be maintained clean at all times. All the garbage belongs in the garbage can, neither on the floor nor tables.
- Refrain from placing any non-academic materials in the Study Area.
- The LAESA-SHPE office must maintain a professional environment.
- There is ZERO TOLERANCE for improper behavior and language.
- No member can spend more than 5 minutes on personal calls unless it pertains to SHPE or Academics.
- The E-Board is not responsible for any object left unattended in the office. However, ALL members will be held responsible for any changed or missing objects while in the office.
- The only purpose for staying late/overnight is to study or LAESA-SHPE Events.
- When studying overnight, the office must be ready for usage by 8:30 am next day.
